Celebrate (verb)...to mark (a festival or special event) with festivities etc.... And it's always an appropriate time to get lovers, friends and family together to celebrate at your favorite Indian restaurant. In so doing, you can once again enjoy some really great food... and the friendly personalities of the staff!

And Roti Indian Bistro is celebrating as well, because we have enjoyed having you as valued customers in our first year of being the Indian Cuisine destination on West Portal. From the over 1000 feedback forms we have received, we had a 97% positive rating for our food, 94% positive rating for our service, and an amazing 99% who stated they would definitely return for more of what Roti delivers. These ratings are based on your responses of 8 or higher on our 1 - 10 rating scale. Some of you were pretty creative in your ratings by giving us 11 out of 10, or even going up to 50 out of 10. Wow! Thank you for bringing your Good Karma to our restaurant.....and for that we say Namaste!

2. WINNERS To celebrate our birthday month we are giving away NOT JUST 1 complimentary dinner for 2, BUT 3 champagne dinners for 2 valued at $60 each, and the lucky winners for the month of May are:
1.1. Sue Collins
2. Wyatt Sullivan
3. John Glorioso

CONGRATULATIONS, and please continue to add your business cards to the collection bowl at the front of the restaurant, and fill out the feedback forms in the guest check envelope after you complete your dining experience. This will insure your chances for future monthly draws of a Roti dinner for 2 valued at $60.

These complimentary dinner prizes need to be used within the month following the draw, so the May 06 winners should call in and reserve their table within the month of June 06.

We will continue to notify winners by phone as well as adding their names to the newsletter.

3. RESERVATIONS Please continue to call in your reservation before 4pm each day at 415 665-ROTI (7684) and we will confirm them before 5pm. Stay tuned for new easy and rewardable ways to make your Roti West Portal reservation.

We will also be hi-lighting a wine that suits the food, at each tasting. These Tastes Of India will only be held at the scheduled times and will cost $10 per person for the food and wine selected by the restaurant for each tasting.
